Lamar learned how to cook from his parents , mainly his father. Lamar's father (Lamar bozeman II) taught him how to cook his first dish, which was fried chicken and rice. Then they moved on to gourmet dishes like; stir fry, chicken alfredo, stuffed portabella mushrooms, etc.
Mrs. Bozeman loves to bake and decorate cakes. She is self taught but was determined to get her cakes to have a unique taste. A taste that you can only get from her.
